A: Turn on lights. Open draperies and blinds. Store pets safely out of the way and place all pet-related materials out of sight. Vacuum & sweep. Store valuables & medications out of sight.

Q: Will my home be advertised on social media?

A: Yes

Q: What if I do an open house?

A: Open houses increase property visibility, attracting a larger pool of potential buyers. Once you leave for the duration of the open house I give immediate feedback once it has finished. Giving you insight on traffic, potential buyers etc.
